Biography
Halil Vural is full Professor at the Department of Food Engineering, Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey. He has completed his PhD at Hacettepe University, Department of Food Engineering at 1992. He worked as a research assistant, assistant professor, associate professor and full professor at Hacettepe University.
